Chicken hearts with Beets and Vegetable Rice

Today's my food





Chicken heart with Beets and Vegetable Rice

Chicken hearts
Olive oil

Beets
Zucchini
Carrot
White Radish
Enoki Mushroom
Cabbage
Parsley


Clean Chicken hearts and cut half
Fry it with Olive oil.

Chop Vegetables small pieces and fry with cooked rice with olive oil.

Put Chicken hearts on the rice.
Toss chopped Parsley.
