Chicken Liver with Boiled Vegetables and Rice

Today's my food


Chicken Liver with Boiled Vegetables and Rice


Chicken Liver
Olive Oil

Tomato
Carrot
Sweet Pepper
Broccoli
Green Beans
Cabbage
Kabocha (Japanese Pumpkin)
Chia Seeds
Water

Rice

Clean Chicken Liver and fry it with Olive oil.

Cut Vegetables into small pieces and boil, add Chia Seeds.

Turkey Burger with Fried Vegetables and Udon noodles

Ground Turkey

Udon Noodles
Carrot
Kale
Lettuce
Sweet Pepper
White Radish
Enoki Mushroom
Lotus Root
Sesame oil
Sesame Seeds
Chinese wolf-berry

Grill Turkey Burger.

Cut Vegetables into small pieces.
Boil Udon noodles and wash, then cut.
Fry Noodles and Vegetables with Sesame oil.
Add Sesame seeds.

Toss Chinese wolf-berry on it.

Turkey Burger with Vegetable Rice

Turkey Burger with Vegetable Rice

Ground Turkey

Parsley
Chinese wolf-berry

Beets
Kale
Enoki Mushroom
White Radish
Carrot
Green Beans
No salted Butter


Grill Turkey and set aside.
Chop Vegetables into small pieces and fry with No salted Butter.
Add cooked Rice.

Toss chopped parsley and Chinese wolf-berry.

Fried Egg with Fried Vegetable Noodles

Parsley
Chinese wolf-berry

Zucchini
White Radish
Sweet Pepper
Enoki Mushroom
Cabbage

Udon Noodles

Sesame Oil


Cut Vegetables into small pieces and fry with Sesame oil.
Boil Udon noodles and wash, then cut.
Combine Vegetables and noodles.
Make a fried egg, toss Chinese wolf-berry and Parsley.

Stir fried Beef with Vegetable Rice

Stir fried Beef with Vegetable Rice


Thin sliced Beef

Beets
Carrot
Cabbage
Zucchini
Sweet Pepper
White Radish
Chinese wolf-berry


Cut Beef into bite size and stir fry, set aside.
Use same pan, fry Vegetables and Rice.

Toss Chinese wolf-berry on it.

Japanese Sweet Potato
Parsley
Lotus Root
Water


Clean Sardine and cook for 30-40 minutes with pressure cooker.

Cut Vegetables into small pieces and cook with Rice and Water.

Toss chopped Parsley on it.

Japanese sweet potato

Taro potato
White Radish

Petite Tomato

Fry Chicken Thigh with Rosemary, Thyme without any Oil.

Chop Vegetables into small pieces and cook with Rice.

Toss Tomato on it.

Chop Cabbage and Sweet Pepper, fry with Ground Turkey.
Beat an Egg and make Omelette.

Chop Vegetables into small pieces and stir with Rice.

Toss chopped Parsley on food.

Ground Beef
Egg
Green Beans
Chinese wolf-berry

Rice
Kabocha (Japanese pumpkin)
Lettuce
Carrot
Sweet Pepper
Olive oil


Stir Ground Beef and set aside.
Make scrambled egg and set aside.
Thin slice Green beans and boil, set aside.

For Fried rice:
Cut Vegetables into small pieces and stir with Olive oil.
Add cooked rice.

Put Ground Beef, Egg and Green beans on the Fried rice.
Toss Chinese wolf-berry on it.

Boil Thin wheat noodles and drain, wash, cut short.

Cut Vegetables into small pieces.
Stir Scallops and Vegetables with Sesame oil.
Add little bit water and Egg.

Toss Chinese wolf-berry on Thin wheat noodles and Scallops with Vegetables.
