Salmon with Vegetables and Rice

Salmon
Dry Basil
Flour
Olive oil

Rice
Taro Potato
Mountain Potato
Carrot
Tomato
Cabbage
Bitter Melon
Water
Parsley
Chinese wolf-berry

Cut salmon small pieces, add flour lightly, add dry basil and cook with olive oil.

Cut vegetables small pieces and put into the deep pan with cooked rice, water.
Simmer till vegetables are cooked.
Toss chopped parsley and Chinese wolf-berry.
